Staff are amazing, and super lovely and accomodating. As someone who is neurodivergent, I hadn't been to the dentist for years due to really bad anxiety but from the minute I walked in and had my first assessment I was met with nothing but compassion, understanding and care from the whole team. They made a plan to help me work on my teeth and through visiting regularly I can honestly say that I don't hate going to the dentist anymore! The team are fab and deserve every single award they've received! Anyone looking for a new dentist, I cannot recommend Bupa Dental Mermaid Quay enough!

I've been using Mermaid Key for some time. Most recently, replacement front teeth. Professional and caring staff. State of the art facility, including the latest scanning LIDAR. I always feel very welcomed and comfortable. Everyone does their best to keep anxiety very low and they explain everything as they go along. I have the BUPA insurance Dental Plan, so I get my check-ups and hygienist included 6-monthly. I cannot praise them enough! TXT & sometimes Voice reminders of your upcoming appointments. Very useful.

The receptionist was so welcoming, and the whole team was incredibly understanding when I had to bring my 2-year-old.
