I was in the city for a few days on a work trip and wanted to have a temporary filling checked to make sure it was okay. Unfortunately, they couldn’t give me an appointment right away, and I was flying out the next day, so I didn’t have the chance to visit in person. However, they were very polite and helpful over the phone. The fact that they couldn’t see me immediately wasn’t their fault. Fortunately, my tooth held up until I got home.
this Bupa Dental branch is very professional! I always feel in good hands because everyone is caring from receptionists through nurses to doctors: they listen, try to come up with the best solution and see how they can help the most.
Had a wonderful appointment with Ritu and her assistant, they both made feel very welcomed. Both extremely compassionate and helpful professionals.
