I had a really great experience at the practice and couldn’t fault the care I received. I was first seen by Susan Applegarth, the hygienist, who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She did an amazing job and explained everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease. I was then seen by Ayham to check a few teeth and thanks to my sugary sweet tooth I ended up needing three fillings. Ayham was absolutely brilliant. Following a bad experience with a different dental practice and subsequent neglect, my teeth became significantly deteriorated and I was in need of urgent fillings. Coppertop were able to fit me in for emergency treatment. Ayham Sbahi went above and beyond and thanks to his work I can now eat and drink pain-free for the first time in years. I experienced no pain or issues during his appointments or as a result of his work. He was always patient, compassionate, and professional. I have just had an extraction done by Ayham. To say I was nervous was an understatement. He made the whole experience a lot better than what I expected. Took his time explained everything in detail and made me feel relaxed. Would recommend 100%!!!!

My dentist is Hannah, she takes time to explain what she is doing and gives you options for treatments if you need them. Had fillings done with and without injections which was painless and to a high standard. Reception staff are always pleasant and there is plenty of parking on the roads around the surgery.
