While on holiday in North Wales, I unfortunately experienced complications after having a tooth removed the day before travelling. I was given an emergency appointment through 111, and as a very nervous dental patient, I was understandably anxious about attending. However, from the moment I walked through the doors, I was immediately put at ease and made to feel welcome. The reception staff Jan and Sasha were absolutely wonderful — so kind, polite, calm, and professional at all times, even though my appointment had been arranged via 111 at short notice. Had my appointment at 2pm, greeted by ‘The Two Jan’s’ at reception who are very friendly and professional. My appointment was with Mohammed Farouk the dental therapist who again is friendly and professional, he explained everything he was doing in detail and then on finishing gave me feedback on my progress, will have no qualms returning in 3mths. I can not find fault in this practice, can only praise all the staff.
I had a great first experience at my new dentist surgery. From first arriving both reception staff, Jan & Jan were very kind and helpful. Asher my dentist was very professional, gentle and informative about the treatment. Highly recommended.
Excellent service. Dr Asha Joseph made my son with additional needs feel at ease for his first dental appointment. Also the treatment I personally had was excellent, very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. Reception staff are very friendly and accommodating.
