The best Dental Practice I've ever attended including family and friends. The most professional staff who are very caring towards everyone and they will go above and beyond desperate any circumstances. As staff I have been contacted numerous times when there were any cancellations in order to accommodate an earlier appointment which has been extremely beneficial. I highly recommend the clinic and specially the staff.
The whole team are amazing. Great professional and really friendly dentist, exceptionally skilled hygienist and the receptionist can never do enough to help. Couldn't recommend more highly as they are always happy to help!
I had a disappointing experience at Bute Town Medical. The consultations felt rushed, with very little time spent with patients, and I felt that proper treatment or attention was not given. The staff seemed more focused on chatting at the reception than attending to patients. Overall, I did not feel well cared for.
Hywel Samuel and Associates at Loudoun Square truly have a wonderful team. Nurse Amanda, receptionist Josie, and Lauren are not only kind but also incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease during my visit. My entire experience was genuinely enjoyable, and I've come to consider this place one of my happy havens. After visiting several dentists both in the UK and abroad, I can confidently say that Emily stands out as the best. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking compassionate and skilled care.
