I had my first visit to Bushey Heath Dental Centre today and it was a really great experience. I first saw Surjit, the hygienist, who was fantastic – very gentle, thorough and she explained everything clearly which immediately put me at ease. After that I saw Dr Jaimini Vadgama, who was equally excellent. She was very professional, friendly and took the time to go through everything properly without making the appointment feel rushed. Jaimini was a delight !! My daughter had to have two teeth taken out and she made her feel at ease every step of the way. My daughter felt comfortable and was really happy to have Jaimini perform the procedure. Chloe the nurse was also amazing, you both really made her experience that little less daunting !!! A good dentist & nurse makes the experience 100 times better. Thank you both once again:)
Dr Jaimini was amazing! I’m an incredibly nervous patient and struggle massively in the Dentist chair. Dr Jaimini is only the 2nd Dentist I have met who has managed to make me feel at ease! She is very reassuring and has a truly amazing manner. As someone who genuinely fears visits to the dentist, Dr Jaimini made me feel at ease and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of both Dr Jaimini and Maria, they’re an amazing team! Both are polite, friendly and have a natural ability to make you feel safe, calm and reassured throughout
Unfortunately my usual hygienist elsewhere had an issue and I wasn’t able to have my teeth cleaned which needed to be done urgently. I rang up and Bushey heath dental centre had a slot available for me! My first time visiting the practice and they made me feel very welcome. The hygienist Chloe was so lovely and gentle! She gave me information that I was never told before about how to keep my teeth healthy and kept checking in to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Highly recommend, I may switch practices!
