Unsworth Smile Clinic

I was registered with this ignorant practice for over 18 years. Whenever I attended an appointment, I always made sure to arrive at least 20 minutes early, and on many occasions I was still left waiting for 30 minutes or more past my scheduled time. On this recent occasion, I arrived just 3 minutes late due to school traffic and roadworks. However, I was spoken to very rudely and told that I could not be seen. I honestly can't relate to some of the bad reviews. The reception staff were welcoming and professional while the dentist and his assistant were both top notch. I almost wish that I needed more work doing as I'd be more than happy to go back.

Missed one appointment due to unforseen circumstances, rang up to try and re-book and they took me off their system. Was asked to email them to tell them the situation and they might be able to put me back on. That was over a month ago and no reply, they really dont care.

Having been for an appointment at the Smile Clinic today,I wanted to pass on my credit to the 2 lovely receptionists who were at the desk today.Smiling ,efficient, patient and so pleasant and helpful.Credit where its due to these lovely ladies and it does get noticed.
