Rude staff! Unhelpful and no number to call to let them know any issues… the number provided is never answered!! Waste of time!

Visited today after speaking to 111 and being sent there. The Lady GP was very attentive and thorough. Not a hurried consultation. Thank you so much. 🤗

I was referred here by my GP for an appointment at the Direct Access Echocardiography Service - FCMS Diagnostics today. I was dealt with by a young lady named Katy. The letter I received had clear instructions where to go and Katy called me in exactly on time. She had a very pleasant, re-assuring manner and dealt with me swiftly and professionally. I am not easily impressed, but I was impressed. Thanks.

Main receptionist offhand and unhelpful right from the get go. Signage all over the show, not clear what services are actually provided either on website or in the physical practice, and how they are/are not linked. Spoke to Tower Healthcare receptionist who was sat in Rock Healthcare waiting area in a booth, but told me she was in a meeting for 2 more hours so call Minden healthcare at 3pm. Make it make sense.
