Positive outcome after my mutual patient with this dental practice needed an urgent appointment. My patient needed urgent treatment by her dentist to address a problem with dental infection spreading on the face. After explaining to the practice my specialist Consultant opinion, they have promptly seen my patient and hopefully prevent further progress of the patients problem. Many thanks to Hajra Patel Practice Manageress who professionally dealt with the urgent situation despite the pressures. Thank you.
This dentist is fantastic, the receptionist knows everyone, she knew my name as I entered and she is so friendly. The dentist is absolutely brilliant. He knows I have a fear of being at the dentist and he is brilliant with me. Only does what is needed and explains everything to me, even shows you with a mirror. He's that good I flew back from Turkey when I have swollen and sore gums to see him, then flew back to Turkey. Amazing, thank you !
Been a patient of this dentist for several years and can say I've never had a problem with their treatment. Always treated professionally and only given necessary treatment. Recently had a crown fitted over a broken back tooth, painless treatment with a good end result. Nice, clean and modern surgery within a health centre with easy parking. May 2022 update... The practice is now struggling to acquire new dentists after the original dentists left the NHS. It's still ticking over using locums.
Had feet up on the counter and was texting when I walked in for my appointment. Acted like he couldn't be bothered doing his job and as if I was disturbing him - doesn't help when I am an anxious patient. He didn't have a clue what was going on with my treatment plan because I was refused an appointment with the original dentist I had been seeing. To top it off he pulled my tooth without numbing properly and I felt the entire thing and left the practice crying and woozy from the pain. Never in my life have I witnessed such bad practice from a care professional.
