I was very disappointed with my recent appointment at this practice. While the staff were initially friendly and accommodating, the appointment itself felt rushed and poorly explained. After having an oral X-ray taken at the practice, I was then told that to X-ray my lower teeth I would need to be a private patient, pay £90, and attend a different clinic in Red Lodge. This was particularly frustrating as NHS Band 1 covers X-rays, especially for patients exempt on Universal Credit. I highly recommend this dentist!! I have extreme anxiety and PTSD and been putting off going to the dentist for a while! I couldn’t put it off any longer and came here! Dr Amrit Kaur was amazing, she was so calm and patient with me! I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted something I thought I’d have to be knocked out at the hospital for but I managed to have this procedure done at this dentist because this dentist understands and helps and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel safe and comfortable! My appointments with Sajeem have been amazing. He was really reassuring and not judgemental. He didn’t rush me and made sure to explain everything . I knew what was happening ant each step and the plan for my dental care was clear. Couldn’t recommend enough.
My first time at the Thatch practice. The dentist and assistant were both super friendly, professional, caring and efficient. I only had a check up and hygienist session but it was totally painless and done thoughtfully. Recommended.
