This Clinic is the very definition of Jekyll and Hyde. On one side of it, you have some absolutely amazing staff and very well equipped facilities. On the other side of it, you have some staff that Seem to like degrading disabled people and certainly don’t seem to have the empathy required for the job they do and certainly don’t match up to some of their colleagues. My first experience was under 111 I was sent there as an emergency patient as I do not have my own Dentist mainly due to access issues because of my health and disabilities. Very professional and friendly service! The dentist who treated me did everything possible to help. He carefully explained my situation, discussed all the details clearly, and recommended the best solution. You can really tell that he cares about his patients. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but I highly recommend this place, truly professional care and excellent service!

I took my daughter for a consultation this morning and I cannot praise the staff enough!! We were greeting warmly and the dentist Kate and her colleague, sorry didn't catch her name, were so welcoming and really helped with my daughters nerves. Thank you to all the team!!!!

I have never had a good experience with dentists so when I first cane I was really scared 😱 😨 I saw a lady called uni who was fantastic she did a referral to hospital to have some teeth taken out. Them she left and then I have since seem a man called Jacob he was very caring understand all my needs with me having high functioning austium and for the first time ever I had my teeth cleaned with out sedation. His assistant jenna is fantastic very helpful and very understanding. I also see a lady called Kate for sedation to do fillings she is brilliant so very understanding. The reception team …
