Bupa Dental Care Stretton

First time using this new dental surgery and staff, formally with NHS now private. The best experience I’ve had with a dentist in many years, no longer treated like I was a que number, very thoughtful polite and respectful. Sonam the Dentis and Aleeza the Nurse both represented this practice in the way customers or patients would expect given dentist appointments for treatment often bring nerves and apprehensions, both made me feel comfortable and happy to attend future visits and deserve to be mentioned here.

visited Sonam at Bupa Dental today and she was incredible from start to finish. I’m genuinely terrified of needles and needed a filling, but she put me at ease straight away. She carried out her checks, took X-rays and explained clearly that we might be able to do the filling without anaesthetic, including what I might feel. We agreed to go ahead and she was so calm, gentle and reassuring throughout. Her dental nurse Emma was brilliant too. Visited this dentist as I’d been struck off my previous one and let my treatment lapse. After too many years not being seen my mouth was in a bit of a state! Sonam immediately put me at ease and explained everything. Need 4 procedures and X-rays (pricy! But my own fault- so ate humble pie and coughed up) but very relaxed over timescale to have any work done. All staff so lovely! Nurse Tilly especially, very polite and happy, Louise on reception and Sonam in particular. Great dentist and really pleasant. Makes the experience more relaxing and stress free. Thanks Girls!!

Excellent service from Deepa and nurse Aleeza. I attended at 16.00 on a Friday night and two fillings were seen to be needed. I was asked to wait for 10 minutes while the final patients were seen then they did all the work needed on my teeth by 17.00. Very efficient.
