I had problems booking in on the website. The appointment I tried to book suddenly disappeared. The next appointment was either a Saturday or on a months time. I tried to book in my clean with it and it told me January next year! I tried to call up the practice and book in and the phone rang out for 10 mins. This was at half 2 in the afternoon on a weekday. When I went to my appointment on the Saturday morning, the dentist was 35 mins late. He spent 5 mins with me, wouldn’t do an X-ray (presumably because of his lateness) and told me it would be fine because I needed a clean and I could boo…

Avoid Taken day off work. Arrived ten mins before appointment and was seen 25 mins after allotted appointment time. Was given injection to numb mouth. Was then found the the chair was no longer working and sent away. At home mouth numb for 7 hours. Told I would be contacted to arrange another appointment, call never came. 5 days later rang myself to request my deposit back, no apology on phone just told I will have it back after 28 days. Made a complaint but again no interest. Received money back after around 25 days. Shocking service, plenty of other local dentists around. Avoid this one

DO NOT USE. I attended an initial appointment at the start of December and was clearly told I could have composite bonding completed before Christmas. I explained how difficult it was for me to get time off work, and an appointment was made for 22nd December. In the lead-up to the appointment, I received multiple calls chasing payment which I had already made and was even encouraged to cancel my loan cooling-off period, despite the fact they clearly knew the treatment would not be carried out on the day. I travelled two hours to the appointment, arrived at 5pm, and wasn’t seen until 5:20…

I'd like to thank Natalie, one of your dentists who spotted a growth on my soft palate some months ago, I got the all clear last week. A great dentist, and a great practice all round. Regards Alan Raymond
