Feeling very sorry for myself due to a bad tooth infection on a broken old tooth, I walked into Achddu Villa yesterday through a 111 call. The young female dentist and her assistant, instantly cheered me up. Very caring, compassionate and professional, I have to say, the best dentistry experience I have ever had. It was all enhanced by the background music and the dentist whistling and singing along… how comforting and settling it was whilst having the anaesthetic then the tooth extraction!!! A very big thank you to you both 🙏👏
Yesterday I attended my second dental appointment at Achddu Villa. What a pleasure it was to arrive at 9 am on a miserably wet Monday morning to a sea of smiling welcoming faces at the reception desk.All staff looked genuinely happy to be there. A real commendation to the Practice. Both Dr Taya and Anastasia were extremely kind gentle and professional. Talking me through every step. The clinic certainly had a warm welcoming feel and I actually commented on the cleanliness of the treatment room. Absolutely spotless. I cannot recommended this Dental practice highly enough.
I had an emergency appointment here arranged by 111 and the practice were brilliant start to finish. They called prior to my appointment to check details, and explain that I’d been sent some forms to fill out before I came in. When I arrived with my 4 year old and baby in tow everyone was so friendly and helpful! I saw Dr Mali and Gwen and they were both super lovely, put me at ease and complimented how well behaved my 4 year old was being (made me feel much better about having no option but to bring him!). Having not attended a dentist in around 8 years I was quite nervous about this appointment. However Dr Mali and Gwen were very empathetic and put me at ease, explaining everything they were doing. The practice itself is very clean and modern.The whole experience was a very positive one. Diolch o galon
