Amazing practice best dentist ive ever had always put me at ease friendly reception staff will definitely recommend.
I have issue with reception service. Whenever I try to call to book an appointment, either phone service is disconnected or after a long wait the call is dropped. My dentist Ziad is a fabulous clinician. But this matters once I have secured an appointment with him, this has become an issue in recent months. Today was my 3rd attempt to try and secure appointment for myself ... I am very disappointed
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this practice. After canceling a dental appointment, I was due a full refund. However, the receptionist initially refunded the amount minus £9. When she asked me to present my card again to process the remaining refund, she mistakenly charged me an additional £9 instead. I only noticed this error a few days later when I checked my bank statement. When I called to clarify the situation, the receptionist was extremely rude, shouting over me and refusing to listen. I had to use the private dentist as I'd been bumped off the NHS list as it had been a year since I last visited (no reminder sent out) Tooth refilled, but I'm still in pain and no other appointments available for 2 weeks with the dentist I saw. And would have to start (payment) from scratch again if I switched to one of their other dentists??? Staff all very friendly and dentist is good.
