Wonderful visit today. Reception staff are very friendly and put you at ease on arrival. Anca and her lovely assistant are both friendly and professional, they definitely make dentist visits more enjoyable compared to other practices. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all again in three months time.
Really nice, polite staff and a pleasant practice. Paid around £75 for an exam and X-rays and was told I have exposed gums causing nerve sensitivity (not a hygiene issue). Options mentioned were a gum graft or a filling, but there was no clear plan or next step. I’m still in pain and the only way forward seemed to be paying another £135 to see another dentist, which pushes this towards £200 just to start getting answers. Friendly, but I don’t feel any closer to getting the problem fixed.
My dentist is always gentle and thorough. She is very skilful and knowledgeable. The reception staff and nurses are also always friendly, accommodating and patient. The premises are not prepossessing from outside but inside they are spacious, clean, clinical and smart. Been attending for eight years and have never had a problem.
Anna and her team are so friendly, thorough and gentle. Being someone who is petrified of the dentist probably for absolutely no reason apart from not having been in 19 years, I had my check up today. Was given an easy plan to follow to get my teeth back to tip top condition. Anna talked through everything with me in detail to make sure I understood the reasons why she was recommending what she was and even talked me through my xrays which I found really helpful. Thank you 🙏
