Had a minor tooth emergency, a reassuring chat, a date within a week to address the problem, and then a call to offer me a cancellation on the same day. A mini drama all sorted with ease, care and a professional approach. We have been travelling from Steyning to Burgess Hill for this dental practice for several years and this is a really good example of why we do! Always feel like we’re really well taken care of here, would thoroughly recommend.
First class service. Reception team always very helpful, polite and friendly. Henry (dentist) talks me through the procedure beforehand and explains exactly what will happen and when, which helps to relax me. I would thoroughly recommend to friends and family.
From the moment I arrived the staff and the environment put me at ease. I am a very nervous patient so I found this extremely helpful. Dickon also made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained clearly what the treatment consisted of and on completion what to expect afterwards. He constantly reassured me and asked me how I was feeling.
Initial checkup and consultation necessitated further treatment - appointment was booked and I gave the option that I would take a cancelation if required (why leave empty slots when they can be utilised maximising appointment bookings) phone call received with an early appointment option, this was taken - appointment was on time, treatment totally professional and successful. I totally recommend this Dental practice and its staff.
