Brilliant treatment throughout, from the very helpful Yvonne on reception to our wonderful dentist. The communication was brilliant, no pain during or after treatment. Our dentist’s manner was exceptional, which goes a long way when you’re a bit nervous.
Absolutely superb service from everyone involved. Was put totally at ease, with great communication throughout. Went in to have a bit of a tricky filling and could have easily forgotten I’d even been to the dentist, as felt no pain or discomfort afterwards.
Great team, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Due to a problem with my appointment booking I couldn’t be seen but instead of me having to book more time off work, the dentist came in earlier 2 days later so I could be seen early and was very apologetic for the mix up, much appreciated.
Always good service. Tom assisted with giving my son a filling and was very calming, explaining the process. I think he enjoyed it! Thank you.
