Bupa Dental Care Bude

Ridiculous service. Been anxious and waiting for 2 months for my appointment Waiting to get a filling done as my last one fell out after not long. Already running 40 minuets behind first thing in the morning and sent away with no work done. Gotta wait another 3 months now for my ‘next appointment’. The dentist waiting list wouldn’t be so long if they got the work done then and there instead of sending people in and away. Not even a temp filling done.

Rude and unprofessional. When paying private prices the service should be amazing. Instead I got laughed and smirked at and part of a 9 week old filling fell out. Wouldn't recommend.

The staff are wonderful. Humorous, efficient and helpful. My dentist whom I have been with for years never ceases to surprise me. Hadn’t been over the whole Covid drama. He remembers the tiny details of our previous conversations. Respect! X
