Brynmawr Dental Care

This was my first visit to this dental practice since Jan left, and unfortunately it was due to unexpected dental issues that arose over the holiday period. Thankfully, the receptionist (who came across as polite, and genuinely helpful), was able to fit me in relatively quickly, which was very much appreciated. During my appointment, I met one of the two new dentists (Jack Bottomley), for the first time. I was apprehensive after our family dentist of three generations retired but my mind is completely at rest. The entire team at Brynmawr Dental greeted myself and four children with a smile giving professional, helpful advice. Excellent service from start to finish and I would highly reccomend them!

New dentist for my family, but I felt at ease as soon as we went through the door. The receptionist was lovely, she was knowledgeable helping us get our online forms we had completed, correct. James, the dentist,was lovely, professional but friendly. I had some suggestions from James, which I will follow, for the health and wellbeing, of my teeth. Had my first dental checkup for several years so I was quite nervous, but the staff were really accommodating and the practice itself very clean but not intimidatingly clinical. The Dentist James, and Dental Nurse Laura, were both exceptional. They were very kind and patient, the whole appointment felt very efficient without feeling like they were rushing. Cannot recommend Brynmawr (Knight) Dental highly enough, particularly if you’re looking to have a dental appointment after not going for a while.
