Our 12 year old had to have 2 extractions prior to getting a fixed brace. The dentist and nurse were brilliant with her and put her at ease. It was all done in 10 minutes. Very happy with the service.
I have been under the care of South Cave dentists as an nhs patient for a number of years. An emergency appointment today took me into the care of Rachel for the first time. I was really appreciative of her friendly, gentle and reassuring manner with a particularly anxious patient, while not belittling or talking down to me. Very friendly and efficient staff as always. It's been hard in the adjustment to the new NHS process but it was reassuring how everyone stepped in as soon as I had an urgent need. Thank you all at South Cave.
Been going to south cave dentist for years they are always so pleasant. I go and see Maria who is a lovely lady . My biggest fear is the needle, today she used some sort of tool while putting the needle in my gum I honestly didn't feel the needle going in at all. I felt so relaxed in the chair and that is a first for me. Marie made me feel calm and relaxed.
Fantastic reception staff arrived a day early for my appointment after travelling a fair distance & the girls on reception were fantastic had a word with the dentist & fitted me in a bit later than my appointment. Dentist was lovely my first time meeting her. Thank you first class service all the way 🙏
