Holloman, Malapati and Associates

I haven't visited a dental surgery for many years but am faced with work needing to be done. I was fortunate enough to be able to get a space with Mr Malaptis surgery in Bromyard and I have to say thus far I'm so glad I was able to!. My previous practice was what put me off taking care of my pearly whites, but I have to say my faith in teeth technicians has now been restored, finally, like my teeth will be. If you're in any way dental phobic, don't see Mr Malapati. He is, no doubt, a perfectly capable technician, but my last treatment, 2 years ago was so traumatic that I havent been back. Everything used to be fine with Ann Smith, but this new person I'm afraid has absolutely zero empathy. I was offered no analgesia for my treatment but just curtly told 'this is going to hurt'! I now have an emergency going on because I couldnt face going back. When I told reception I was leaving they had no question as to why which seems like a poor way to research patient experiences.. Excellent response to an emergency - really good resolution - barely felt a thing. Highly recommend.

Always polite and friendly but still staying professional. Good advice about oral hygiene. Good time keeping.
