I had a really positive experience at this dental practice. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The reception team made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and the clinic itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. I recently had a single dental implant done and honestly, I was pretty nervous beforehand. From the first consultation, the team made me feel completely at ease and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The procedure itself was much smoother than I expected, and I felt well looked after the entire time. Now that it’s healed, the implant looks and feels just like a natural tooth — I can eat and smile with confidence again. I’m so glad I went ahead with it and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone considering an implant.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was told I needed 5 'URGENT' fillings, which was a shock as at my last appointment my teeth were fine. I felt pressured into getting 2 of them there and then. I was told that I could pay monthly by direct debit prior to getting them done, however when I went to pay I was told I had to pay the whole amount. I was completely misled and they also overcharged me by £80 which I only realised when I got home. I went for a second opinion and was told at no point did I need 5 urgent fillings. £550 out of pocket and my mouth has been in agony since. This is dental malpractice!
