Although the dentist isn't my favourite place to visit 😕 Rashika shetty is brilliant always puts me at ease with kind words and very helpful with her advice on what I need One more thing I would like to add is that the receptionists and dental nurse were so kind and friendly today 👏👏 I don't want to offend or upset anyone but the last few visits I found the ones there to be rude and I was ignored on a few occasions while they were scrolling on their phones So please keep up the good work with the new ones Good job 👏 👍 👌
My experience at Britton ferry dentist was as allways exceptional, I am petrified of dentists but RASHIKA my lady dentist knows how scared I am she talks me threw the treatment step by step exactly what she is going to do, this puts me at ease and b4 I no it she has done the job, I do feel for her poor assistant whose hand I have to squeeze literaly till it’s as numb as my mouth 🤣🤣🤣. If it wernt for the kindness, professionalism friendliness of the receptionists RASHIKA and her assistant I most deffinately would not attend the dentist at all so Thankyou all.
Despite the unreasonable position our NHS Dentists are forced to work in due to years of neglect from governments of all sides, I can not thank the team at the Britton Ferry Dental centre enough. They found a space at short notice to fit me in for an emergency extraction (due to a misbehaving nerve,) and have cured the pain! Thank you all soo much. You are truly appreciated!
