So pleased to have been recommended this dentist when I moved to Brighton 10 years ago. Only last week my little girl ( well,13 year old) had to have a tooth out to make way for a brace. Dr Pratistha was amazing. She really took time to reassure my daughter and talk her through the process. The wonderful dental nurse held her hand and Pratistha took care and time to remove the tooth. I’ve been lucky to get NHS dental health at this practice. I’ve been always very happy with their friendliness and service.
As a profoundly D/deaf patient going to a Dentist can be a very harrowing experience for obvious reasons - since I have been going to the practice the experience I've had as only been positive. The moment you walk through the front door and go to the reception the first thing they do is to put you at ease we did have a few communication problems but nothing a pen and paper can't sort out haha, the receptionist are very helpful. I've had a fantastic experience at the white house dental practice. My dentist, Mumtaz, is professional and friendly and has provided excellent dental treatment. The dental nurses are also great. I needed a root canal and Nikoletta successfully completed this in one session, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. Nikoletta was also very informative and happy to answer any questions I had. My hygenist, Alison, is excellent, she is very thorough and my teeth were much cleaner after the appointment. The reception team are all friendly, helpful and efficient, providing excellent service.
I have been a patient of Dr Manny for many years. Manny is very personable and takes away all the anxieties of a dental visit. He makes you feel very comfortable and at the same time confident you are receiving the best possible care. Quite recently I needed emergency treatment on a Sunday the day before my holiday. Manny arranged to see the same afternoon and I was able to enjoy my holiday with my crown intact. I feel so pleased to highly recommend Dr Manny and the whole of the White House Dental Practice
