South Cliff Dental Group - Moulsecomb

I had a great experience at South Cliff Dental Group, Moulsecoomb. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Everything was explained clearly, and the care I received was gentle and thorough. The clinic is clean, well organised, and runs on time. I’m very happy with my treatment and would happily recommend them 😊

This dentist practice has made me really dislike visiting the dentist. Each time it gets worse. I recently had a hygienist appointment, the hygienist did not listen to me, she even asked when my last check up was, I responded " not for a while " she said " ok good " I asked for numbing gel which she applied minimal. The whole experience was really painful unlike other times. Ontop of this is had to lay there smelling her strong body odour the entire time. It was a really unpleasant experience. What a dirty, smelly little place. Receptionist’s are always rude, they make you feel unwanted and uncomfortable. Almost like THEY don’t even want to be there. Always such a long wait for the appointment. My son had an appointment at 10am and we wasn’t seen until 10:47 baring in mind it’s a school day too. The dental nurse seemed loved however his assistant didn’t have a clue what she was doing. I don’t even know why she was there. She didn’t understand very simply tasks and it was annoying for us all to sit and watch. Just having her sitting there watching made my son and I feel strange/u…

As a new NHS patient I’m more than happy with my experience. In on a Saturday, X-rays and a filling. The staff are lovely. Talked about the hygienist and the fact I can have numbing gel! I completely recommend the practice.
