My experience at the recent appointment was great in some aspects, not so in others. I have been a private patient since I registered. I had called to book a hygienst appointment and whilst I was aware it had been a while since I had an appointment, the member of staff on the phone, ensured I knew how long it was, making me feel awkward and somewhat accused of doing wrong. Great service at Saltdean Dental Practice. Dr Jiwaji was great - through and efficient. Explained what work was required, how long it would take and the cost. My appointment was arranged swiftly and the treatment was done well - Dr Jiwaji was patient and understanding when I got slightly anxious. No side effects, the treatment options were agreed with me in advance and again on the day. Great service, I’m happy to recommend.

I've been attending this surgery for quite a number of years. Alex is one of the best dentists I've experienced. He is very friendly and efficient and is very interested in my welfare. The receptionist is always helpful and efficient. Altogether a great dental practice. Thank you.
