Best dentist I've ever had. The receptionists are wonderful and Farrokh the dentist is gentle, caring and, frankly, a genius! I'd lost some of the tooth enamel surrounding an old amalgam filling and he repaired it all with a new white filling (I'm quite sure it wasn't an easy job!) And now my tooth looks and feels perfect. An easy 5 stars from me 👍😍
I visited this clinic for a private consultation and was disappointed by the experience. The receptionist and dental nurse were friendly and professional, but the dentist was cold and impersonal. He didn’t introduce himself or greet me—his first words were simply, ‘I haven’t seen you before,’ which felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Given that I paid £95 for the consultation, I expected better communication and a more patient-focused approach. His lack of courtesy made me feel uneasy.
