Brighton Dental Centre

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist. As an anxious patient I was nervous. However, I needn’t have been worried, because the service is extremely excellent. I have been well cared for and put at ease, with attentive staff both on reception and in the treatment room. I have left well informed and back on the path of good dental hygiene. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

Just witnessed my mum call to check what time her appointment was on a certain date. She was put on hold and then when she came back asked for some details presumable to check. After a few mins there was no one on the line. My mum called at 4.50pm in a Friday and they close at 5pm. My mum tried to call back and there was no answer, presumably because they wanted to close early? Terrible service! How hard can it be to confirm appointment details? A good practice with competent staff would have called back if it was a line issue.

Although my teeth were too bad to treat immediately the clinic referred me to the hospital to have all teeth removed and instructed me to come back just before hospital for tempory dentures then two months after to allow healing to get the final sets fitted. Team was very polite and made me feel at ease, can't fault them would recommend them to anyone requiring dental work.

Today was my first appointment at this dental surgery. Every member of staff was helpful and welcoming. My dentist was Sam and he was gentle and kind and knowledgeable with helpful tips and information. I came out so happy that my dental needs are in genuinely caring and helpful hands.
