My very first time to see a hygienist at this practice. Had a deep scale, polish. About 30 min procedure. A lovely lady who reassured me constantly. No pain as she used a topical product before the procedure. Treatment at 9.30am, it’s 2.10 as I record this comment. Good advise given re electric tooth brush use and samples of products that will aid. Thank you Bridge Street Dental practice and the lovely caring professional lady who attended me.
Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Needed an emergency appointment, managed to get in the next day, at first the had to move my appointment back a little which was fine, but then on the day the dentist got there early so they managed to fit me in a few hours earlier which was fantastic. When I got there the receptionist was really nice and welcoming, which settled my nerves straight away, then after a short wait in the waiting area I was called in. After previous dental appointment sending me away after less than 5 minutes with prescription saying it was fine just swollen, …
This review is on behalf of my adult son who this afternoon had to go to this as an emergency .......he needed an extraction but wasn't even numbed properly , tapped his teeth and my son told him he could feel it , dentist said that's normal and went ahead with extraction! ....he felt excruciating pain as the tooth was pulled out ! .....came out of dentist in more pain than he went in with . Definitely no care at this dentists and would not reccomend.
I’ve used this practice for years now and always receive good treatment. Very gentle and considerate dentist.
