Very pleased with my hygienist appointment recently. Helen who was very thorough and explained the process and reassured me, as it was my first visit. Very friendly yet proffesional approach. My teeth felt so much better afterwards. I will definately be returning. I highly recommend High town Dental Practice.
My wife and I recently moved to the High Town Dental Practice following a bad experience suffered by my wife at another business in Low Town. Although not taking NHS clients, HTDP had excellent reviews and we decided to opt for their private service. My wife is yet to attend an appointment but my first impressions are very good indeed. All the staff I have encountered have been friendly, helpful and professional, in particular, Helen, one of the hygienists. I visited High Town Dental yesterday for the first time. I am a very nervous patient and Rachael completely understood and took things very slowly and explained everything she was doing. This initial consultation was the most thorough I have ever had, and I felt I could really trust her with the treatment plan she suggested. I can't say I am looking forward to returning, however, that has everything to do with my phobia and nothing to do with the care I received. I highly recommend this practise. A friendly, welcoming and clean dental practice. You are always greeted in a warm friendly manner. The waiting room is nice and comfy. Ben is a wonderful, patient and kind Dentist. He will answer all of your questions and explain everything to you thoroughly. The dental nurses are also friendly and encouraging if you’re having a wobble! Would certainly recommend this practice to friends and family.
