Very professional and accommodating. Staff always arrange mine and my mother’s appointments for the same day as my mother is disabled. I can always park in the Disabled Bay and the staff will call me when they are ready for us. It’s just a short distance straight into the downstairs surgery for my mother and the staff take great care of her while I’m upstairs having my check up. All forms are sent electronically in plenty of time before our appointment, speeding up the process. I can fault the staff, or the practice itself. Highly recommended.
Just been to Vale dental surgery where Christian refitted a crown which came out last week. Was done quickly and efficiently without pain. For someone who has anxiety going to dentists this is definitely the practice for you.
I switched to Vale View Dental Care after a particularly awful experience at another dentist, which gave me a phobia of all dentists forever more. They have been patient, kind and understanding with me due to this and have really helped me to be able to regularly attend the dentist and have procedures done without visably shaking all over. I only have positive things to say about the Dental Centre.
My daughter and I had a terrible experience when taking my then 3 year old autistic granddaughter for a check up. Their lack of understanding and empathy for the difficulties my daughter has was apparent. She experienced judgement and criticism regarding the use of dummies and sugary drinks. Of course they have to advise but their show of disapproval was very unprofessional and my daughter was in tears after leaving. They are now with a different practice
