My mum is in a wheelchair took her for appointment as we was 8-9 minutes late which I phoned up and made aware due to my fractured ankle (in a cast) the dentist refused to see her because of there ‘staff meeting’. My mother has been a patient here for 10+ years absolutely disgusting service they couldn’t make an extra 5 minutes to see her for general check up. Won’t be bringing her back here again.
