I had to have two teeth (one wisdom) removed by Mr Ganesan. I was quite nervous. His bedside manner was absolutely amazing. He made me feel at ease and explained everything to me throughout the whole time. I would 100% highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery.
I have had 4 visits to this dental centre and every time the environment has been calm and reassuring. I am a very nervous patient, but the team who worked on my mouth really helped put me at ease. Everything was clearly explained to me before it happened and also as it was happening, which made a huge difference to my anxiety. I never felt rushed and always felt listened to. A special thank you to Zohra Rashid (Periodontist) and Helen (Assistant) for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. The reception staff are also lovely and welcoming. Had a consultation for root canal yesterday with Stephen Cawte who made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. He explained all my options and the possible reasons for my symptoms and I'm now no longer a quivering mess. His friendly manner and ability to instil confidence are highly commendable.
I had a very positive experience with the periodontist and the whole team. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and put me at ease. The clinic had a very clean, calm environment and the treatment itself was excellent. Highly recommend
