I have experienced ongoing difficulties communicating with the receptionists, and despite repeatedly explaining my situation, there has been no willingness to help or accommodate reasonable requests. I am aware that the practice operates between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, yet I am consistently offered appointment times such as 9:00 am or 3:00 pm, which are completely unsuitable for me. I have clearly explained multiple times that I have three children attending three different schools. This makes these appointment times impossible. lovely ortho, great receptionists, big thanks to amazing Dr Jem and her fantastic orthodontic assistants for fixing my teeth with great efficiency and skill and proving a comfortable experience, smiling with confidence all the time now, pls don’t hesitate to come here!!! :)
i have one problem with one dentist as she is rude to me and my children on multiple occasions. She doesnt understand our situation and keeps overstepping boundaries. Horrible communication! do not come here
