I went for my broken tooth repair half an hour appointment, Dr Rayat said he doesn't have time to do it as running late. But said let's check. In 2 minutes I got a bill for check up. Which l had done before this appointment. When questioned, nurses said because he touched me, so he can charge. All be careful of this trick of making money.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of some staff at this dental surgery, particularly one lady from the Philippines who was rude and openly shouted at staff in front of patients. Even my cousin witnessed this months ago. Management seriously needs to invest in proper training for their team to ensure a respectful and professional environment for patients and staff alike.

I live in Hounslow for the last 25 years. I felt my dentist was too far in Cranford, hence was looking for someone near for everyday check ups. I got my self registered at this place & my 3 kids. I was 52 back then. Lost my molars due to gum problems & pains. This doctor put me with a new trainy in practice. He was OK and made me a,denture for upper arch. It was bulky, very artificial plastic teeth looking one. That I couldn't wear it once. Palate was too bulky. Not good fit at all. Whenever I speak it comes out. I cannot talk while it's in my mouth . Just found out years later they left an instrument in my partners tooth when doing a root canal. As it got infected it could have also caused sepsis! Thank god for our new dentist who found it on X-ray!
