Over the years, I have had issues with my teeth , but since using Esk Dental Care for the last few years my teeth are now in as good condition as they will ever be. From Reception to the frontline dentists, hygienists to the management I have always been treated politely and with respect and all the while with professionalism. A big thanks to all concerned. Yesterday was my first visit to this practice and l only have one word....superb. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Downstairs and Dr Rachel and her assistant were fabulous. No stress and extremely informative with regards to my treatment. A pleasure to go to the dentist.
Recently expanded practice. Nice warm, welcoming and relaxing waiting area. There are rooms on the ground floor and downstairs at basement level and a toilet on both floors. Ground floor has a TV on the wall and there are magazines and children's books and toys. The seats are comfy too. The main receptionist is so friendly and is an asset to the practice and being the first person you will deal with upon entering the surgery you will feel at ease, especially if you're someone who gets nervous.
