on holiday in croyde when my filing came out and became infected. contacted riverside in the morning and had an appointment that afternoon. had the tooth extracted in the end but the care and service from all the staff were amazing. I'm not the best patient at the best of times but Cam explained everything and I've never had a more calmer experience from a dental appointment before until now. would thoroughly recommend them for anyone that is caught in that situation. well done to the whole team and thank you so much for everything you were able to do.
Had my first appointment today and absolutely loved it. Staff is friendly and I got so many things explained and also got good feedback. Left with knowing what to do best with my teeth and how to optimise me looking after them :) They were also great with my 2 year old who was at the dentist for the first time.
Had a tooth extracted today. AMAZING service. Great team there. I'm on holiday at the moment and had bad tooth ache but they helped me out. Really great place. Thank you.
If you want a professional, reassuring and thorough service, with staff who go out of their way to explain all options to you (and who doesn't?) then you can't go wrong with this practice.
