I want to share what a positive professional personable experience I had with various members of the Brandon dental clinic team. I made contact as a new patient due to a broken tooth and probable tooth infection, out of hours- the reception booked me in for a next day appointment which I think was a really responsive time frame. In my appointment Dr Saleh was welcoming, relaxed, but most importantly to me, treated me like a human being who was worried about their teeth, not a number. Mr Saleh and the team fit me in same day last week when I had pain, despite not being registered. I was very nervous and haven't been to a dentist in years. Today I had 4 fillings and they were all painless. I feel the price is reasonable and the whole team were lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. Will be returning, highly recommend.
I read the reviews before coming here and gave more attention to the higher rated ones as there seemed to be more of them... especially saying they were compassionate and caring. However after my experience did not reflect this at all. My experience felt very similar to another lady on here. I had not been to a dentist since before Covid, I have been completely terrified of the thought but have been fine with no pain in my teeth for all this time. I required an emergency dental appointment whilst on holiday and as not from the area, was given a same day appointment. The receptionist was helpful and informed that the dentist was private and gave up-front costs which was good as I knew what I was to pay initially going into the appointment. The dentist was pleasant, kind and understood my issue and was able to offer temporary help until I was able to see my dentist.
