I broke a wisdom tooth while away and was seen within a couple of hours of me ringing the very helpful receptionist. I saw Jack who’s not my usual dentist. He did checked my tooth, discussed with me lots of options, clearly explaining each one. After deciding to remove the tooth he put me at ease explaining what was going to happen and chatting to me throughout the procedure so I didn’t think about what he was doing.
