Really rude management, they pretend you’ve missed an appointment to try to remove you off their books, they’re over subscribed so they’ll just make up appointments or things you’ve said for an excuse to remove you as a patient, they’ve tried a few times to me, most recently removing me as an nhs patient; now my fathers died & i cancelled the most recent appointment within a weeks notice, they’re claiming to have not received email, then they claim you’re abusive to staff, it’s getting a bit absurd now the emails from them, I think someone needs to look into what’s going on and why they’re …

A lady has mention here exactly what happened to me today, I went up there to try make an emergency appointment as I really need to be seen, only to be told that I am not a patient anymore as I had missed 2 appointments one of them when I had covid back in 2021 and I did call them and most definitely the person talking to me did not make any note. So now because of the receptionist fault I have now to look for another practice. Disgraceful. Have asked for an email to make a complaint and was given the practice email I can almost bet that they will just ignore it as they will not hold themse…
