Had a really positive experience today at Dutch Barton Dental Pratice in BOA. The receptionist, Claire was really polite, friendly and welcoming. Simon who saw me was friendly, professional and thorough and explained how to use the teeth whitening strips which I purchased. I would definitely recommend this dentist, and will be returning.
Good dentists but the admin is somewhat chaotic. Have phoned multiple times to try and move an appt and they don't pick up, and quite often appts are rearranged for months away by them. Strange as it's a private dentist!
I've been coming to this practise for 13 years and I have only ever experienced great things and I've ever walked out with the biggest smile on my face ☺️ even though your so busy you always try your very best to get me in as quick as you can and every member of staff are friendly and polite and can't do enough to help you. I've been to a fair few dentististrys in my time but not one comes close to dutch barton 😁🙏
Phenomenal service from Dutch Barton, and as an adult returning to the practice I attended as a child, I can attest to how much progress they have made in terms of digital dentistry, customer service and an individual approach that caters to the bespoke needs of each patient. Having had major reconstructive work recently I cannot fault the treatment and the emotional intelligence of the dentists and nurses/support staff.
