Without going into too many details I went to physio therapy here they just told me to walk on a suspected broken heel unhelpful and gp wants me to refer back 🙄

I tried all morning to get through to CCH physio depth. to cancel an appt. due to illness. No success at all. Very disappointed with the level of service and have been left feeling upset at letting people down.
