I was really nervous about going to the dentist, but from the moment I arrived Victoria Hillson was incredibly kind, patient, and immediately put me at ease. We shared lots of laughs and great conversation, which helped calm my nerves. She carried out the most thorough dental examination I’ve ever had. When she explained that I needed a filling, the practice was able to find me a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. I saw Victoria as an emergency appointment with a front tooth abscess and nerve pain. She explained exactly what she was going to do and the various options brilliantly well and then gave me the chosen treatment as quickly as possible to relieve the pain. Thanks to Victoria the whole experience has been a success. Highly recommended.
I am a new patient and so far my experience has been extremely positive. The reception staff were warm and welcoming. Victoria, the dentist, was very friendly and professional and immediately put me at ease. She spent time listening and answering questions so I didn’t feel rushed. I feel very confident that I have joined an exceptional dental practice.
I've had a phobia of the dentists basically my entire adult life and that has led to some pretty funky situations with my dental health. Theresa looked after me and walked through everything with me step by step and we've now started restoring my smile, with her I was able to keep completely calm and I didn't feel a thing!
