The new dentist was really understanding and has treated my children like patients and not just a number. Very kind and polite reception staff. I highly recomend this dentist.

I went to the dentist a few days ago. I usually get a yearly check-up, and this time round my check-up lasted less than 5 mins. When I walked in, I wasn't expecting a new dentist. I was very disappointed because for the payment I gave, the dentist tells me that I needed to brush more and that I need a hygienist appointment. For the money, I am giving I am expecting more than telling me the basics. I am also disappointed because I used to have a different dentist who would check everything, clean my teeth's if necessary and even gives me a X-ray, the appointments would take at least 15 mins.…

I came into the practice on Friday for an emergency appointment. The dentist didn’t want to xray me as I’m pregnant, understandable but it should be done if needed. So he gave me a temporary filling without knowing the cause/ problem I’ve been in agony all weekend since the filling, swollen face and even effecting vision, I had a new emergency appointment somewhere else today to be told the dentist had put a filling ontop of an abscess! I can't fault this practice. I have CPTSD and had the most horrendous experience with another dentists that stopped me going again for many years. I found Mr E Bodi and I have to say he is an absolute Earth Angel. A very patient, gentleman. An absolute wizard at what he does. My partner always attends with me to hold my hand to avoid any uncomfortable trigger responses I am likely to have but, I've not had one yet and I've attended quite a lot of appointments.
