I had a really great experience at the dentist! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the office was clean and comfortable. Sheelam was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. I felt completely at ease the entire time. I have been with the practice for less than a year, luckily, other than routine checks, I have not had a lot done. Last Friday morning one of my (front) teeth snapped right off. I called, hoping to make an appointment sometime soon, reception were fantastic, understood and sympathised and I was sitting in Tim Doyle’s chair a couple of hours later. World-class service, thanks guys!
