So lucky to have found this Dental Practice. Excellent service and the dentist and staff are brilliant. I had a tooth removed last week and it was absolutely painless, Russ, the dentist, was very calm and reassuring. Such a nice guy. He put me at total ease. I’ve had dental cleaning and check up. I recently brought my nervous mother-in-law to this practice, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which immediately helped put her at ease. The dentist Dr shahi was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever being pushy. I had a filling done today: An exceptional private dental clinic offering a truly premium experience. From the calm and welcoming reception to the immaculate, bright, and state-of-the-art facilities, everything reflects the highest standards. Dr Najafi was extremely gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout. I had a filling carried out with absolutely no discomfort. The entire experience was seamless and expertly managed. I had a very regrettable experience at this dentist, which could have easily been avoided if the dentist had just listened to my concerns about the treatment I'd received and investigated it fully before automatically defaulting to a denial/defensive position before even inspecting me. After having a couple of fillings done here I noticed that one of my front teeth, adjacent to one that had received a filling, ended up with a rough/gravelly texture on the front surface near the filling site after the procedure that felt like scratch marks and that I couldn't remove.
