My experience at Bourne Dental was exceptional. Looked after from the moment I walked. Greeted by Lou with warmth and friendly conversation in the waiting room, I was then guided upstairs for my appointment by Danielle. She was super attentive and checked in on how I was feeling beforehand and throughout the treatment. Ismail was fantastic. Keeping in check with comfortability and making adjustments to suit. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided so helpful tips for my personal dental care. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!

They provided both a short‑term plan to get me back on track quickly, and a longer‑term plan for the more extensive work I’ll need later on. My experience at Bourne Dental has been incredible. My past experiences with dentists has not been that good but Dr. Ismail Qazi and his staff have restored my faith completely. He performed a root canal on one of my back teeth which many dentists are not able to do, the whole procedure was flawless. I had no pain whatsoever. I have been back and had more fillings, incredible work and no pain. I really appreciate the detail Dr. Ismail Qazi goes to when finishing the fillings by shaping like the original tooth. I highly recommend Bourne Dental at SOBO! The space is warm, welcoming and really modern, and you genuinely feel like you’re in the hands of people who understand up-to-date procedures and technology. The whole team are friendly, kind and put you at ease straight away. Ismail is an excellent dentist, so encouraging, caring and never judgemental. I’ve taken his advice and noticed a real improvement in my dental health. It’s such a relief to feel supported rather than told off at the dentist!
