Boscombe Gardens Dental Practice

Lovely dental practice. I have been going here for a couple years now. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, especially the practice manager, Adrienne the hygienist and nurse Verity. The new dentist that has taken over is lovely too. Highly recommend this practice, Thank you! Naomi Southorn.

Well! All I can say is don't miss an appointment with these people!! I missed one appointment by half of an hour and they threw me out on my ear with two front teeth missing and said because of an appointment missed back in 2019!! I lost my chances of staying with the surgery and the whole time they were explaining this they were very short with very little understanding or care for my own situation and health issues! They spoke to me like they were telling some little child off for being naughty.!! I would not recommend this surgery or people to anybody they are horrible people.

I would leave zero if it would let me. Arrived on time for my appt with my newborn grandson. I was told I had to wait outside in the blistering heat until the receptionist was ready to book me in. I asked if I could stand in The porch area I was refused. It couldn’t be because of covid because no one was wearing a mask in there. The government advice is stay out of the sun in this heatwave, plus I have severe health issues. The whole family was booked in with Agila today and we were so impressed , She was thorough and professional and made us all feel at ease. The lady was lovely on reception too.Would highly recommend.
