I came across Bottesford Dental whilst browsing Facebook and it couldn’t have been at a more opportune moment because I hadn’t had a dental check-up for more than two years and I knew I was in need of treatment. My longstanding fear of dentists was borne out of many unfortunate episodes and I had almost come to terms with never having treatment again. However when I saw the smiling faces of the staff at Bottesford I felt I could reach out and talk about my problems. From that very first contact they were absolutely wonderful. I walked through their door almost crying in pain and admitteing to be a very nervous customer. I was looked after by all the staff. The initial problem was sorted straight away. I knew my teeth were deteriorating, as I had been reluctant to go to any dentist due to a terrible experience many years ago. The staff at Bottesford were brilliant. Taking everything at my pace and explaining every action they took. A few months later and I feel confident to smile again. Friends have even commented on the changes.
I’m a very nervous patient after precious bad experiences with dentists. I took my children for the first time today, they are 7 and 10 years old. We all had a lovely experience in there. Our boys think it is fun going to the dentist and I was immediately put at ease. I have now joined their dental plan. Thank you so much. Our dentist Tasha Patel and her dental nurse were amazing.
Bottesford dental is by far the best surgery I’ve ever visited. In 40 years I have struggled to find an empathetic, patient dentist who understands me and listens to exactly what I need to visit often. Aum and his assistant are by far the best. They explain everything, make nervous visits ‘enjoyable’ and offer so much more value to a healthy life than just ‘clean your teeth’ I find it enjoyable visiting.
